What To Do If You Forget Your Customer Number
If you are a member of the American Thoracic Society:
- You do not need a customer number and you do not need to activate your account. To sign in and view full text articles, your User Name is your ATS Membership ID number, which can be found on your ATS Membership ID card. Your Password is your last name in all CAPITAL letters. If you need further assistance accessing the journals, please contact the American Thoracic Society at the information below:
If you are a non-member subscriber:
- Your customer number can be found above your mailing address on the journal mailing label. It may also be found above your name on the letter sent to you when your subscription began or was renewed, which included instructions on accessing the journals online. If you have lost your instructions, or need further assistance accessing the journals, please contact the American Thoracic Society:
